Hachiman Wins the KARDS Winter Tournament

Hello, Commanders!

Our first tournament of the year is in the books - the KARDS Winter Tournament has concluded, and we have a new champion to salute.

The fighting across the weekend was intense, with every contender showing sharp play and steady nerves under pressure.

In addition to a 3,000 USD prize pool split between the top three finishers, all three players have earned qualification for the Top 16 at the KARDS 2026 World Championship. If a player has already secured a Top 16 spot via the KARDS 2025 World Championship, their place is passed down to the next eligible finisher in the Winter Tournament qualification line.

1st Place: Hachiman

Hachiman delivered a commanding run through the Top 8, finishing 3 - 1 across his matches and securing a well-earned victory. Congratulations to Hachiman - your KARDS Winter Tournament Champion - taking home 1,500 USD and the top honors!

2nd Place: Sie_

Reigning KARDS World Champion Sie_ once again proved why he holds the title, advancing deep into the bracket and finishing in 2nd place. Sie_ takes home 1,000 USD - and another strong result to add to an already formidable record.

3rd place: Taboo

A standout force from the World Championship, Taboo battled his way to 3rd place after a tough semifinal showdown against the reigning World Champion. Taboo claims 500 USD and a well-deserved spot among the Winter Tournament’s best.
